Club Operations & Growth Assistant Manager

GOALS in Bradford is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the facility with 40 hours per week. You will supervise all staff, support sales and marketing plans and ensure high standards of service.

You will work under the General Manager to develop operational excellence, maintain safety policies and oversee stock and cash procedures. Regular meetings and flexibility in shift pattern are required.
