Customer Experience Leader – Utilities Contracts

Network Plus is seeking a Head of Customer to lead how we understand, manage and improve customer experience across the United Utilities contract. This senior role supports the Group Customer Strategy and drives improvements in customer performance across UU.

You will work closely with contract teams and client representatives to ensure customer outcomes are planned, managed and measured, embedding customer considerations into delivery and change programmes.
