Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour

About the Role

Our client is seeking Manufacturing Operatives to join their team and support the production of high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail, and are keen to build your skills within a precision manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture precision products while following strict specifications and quality standards.
• Follow documented work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Complete production records, process documentation, and quality checks accurately.
• Record any process issues or deviations and escalate concerns where required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and time management in line with procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production updates, equipment concerns, and any issues affecting performance.

Skills and Experience Required

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A reliable and responsible approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production environment is desirable, although full training will be provided.

• Rate; £14.41 – £16.00 per hour
• Hours; Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Start Date: ASAP
