Compass Community is seeking a part-time Residential Support Worker to help children experience childhood in a safe, supportive environment. You will facilitate activities, monitor wellbeing, and contribute to safeguarding and day-to-day care.
Flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends, are arranged around your availability. The role includes Skills to Care induction and support to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months.
