The LTA’s vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’. Its mission is to transform communities through tennis by making it welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. The Marketing and Customer Strategy department exists to change perceptions of tennis, broaden its relevance, increase visibility throughout the year, grow participation and fan engagement. The Junior Designer role supports the brand “Play Your Way,” delivering high‑quality creative across digital and print, applying brand guidelines with care, and managing projects from brief to delivery while collaborating confidently with stakeholders and creative partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and proliferate the LTA Play Your Way brand.
- Create first‑class content and communications that increase fan engagement, drive participation and win back lapsed players.
- Work alongside the Commercial team to deliver a brand partner strategy and maximise assets.
- Deliver consistently strong design, applying brand guidelines with care.
- Manage projects from brief to delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and creative partners.
