Fixed Term 18-month contract
National Minimum Wage for Age:
21 and over: £12.84 per hour
18 to 20: £10.96 per hour
Under 18: £8.08 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator Apprentice to join our Customer Experience and Innovation team.
About the Role:
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will support the creation of engaging, accessible, and user‑focused digital content across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the creation and updating of web content using Drupal CMS
- Produce engaging social media content (text, images, video)
- Assist with digital campaigns and communications projects
- Create accessible content using multimedia
- Support video creation using digital and AI tools
- Monitor engagement and performance of content
Learning & Development:
You will complete a nationally recognised Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship alongside on-the-job training.
