Job Summary

St John Rigby College offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses at all levels in a highly supportive and caring environment to approximately 1400 full-time students aged 16-18. Role Overview

The Marketing & Partnerships Assistant will provide vital support across both the marketing and partnerships functions, acting as a key liaison between the College, partner schools, prospective students and external stakeholders. The role is outward-facing, relationship-driven and focused on delivering an exceptional experience for prospective students while supporting the College’s marketing, events and recruitment activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate energetically and confidently with external partners, presenting to groups and building positive relationships.
  • Generate ideas, show initiative and maintain a solution‑focused mindset.
  • Identify opportunities, support events and strengthen the College’s profile within local schools and communities.
  • Support marketing, events and recruitment activities to enhance the College’s profile.

Working Hours

The days of work will be two set fixed days and one flexible day to support the needs of the College with marketing and event activities which may take place in the evenings and on occasion, weekends.
