Home Care Assistant (Walker or Driver) – Flexible Hours

Zero‑Hour Contract | Shifts 7am‑10pm (Mon‑Sun)

ICare Group is a community‑focused care provider supporting people to remain independent in their own homes. We’re currently recruiting Home Care Assistants (both walkers and drivers) to provide high‑quality care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in your local area.

Your Role

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support daily activities such as meals, shopping, and housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Carry out regular wellbeing checks
• Follow care plans and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, reliable, and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
• Willingness to undergo background checks

For Drivers

• Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
• Class 1 Business Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

For Walkers

• Ability to travel locally between calls

Training & Development

• Fast‑track onboarding
