ABM is seeking an electrically/HVAC biased tradesperson for on-site maintenance at LCY3. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and building fabric tasks, with responsibilities to update the CMMS and uphold QA standards. You will work Mon-Fri in a team, ensuring safety and reliability of plant and systems.
Based at LCY3 with potential to assist nearby sites. Requires HVAC/ electrical qualifications, F-Gas, and strong communication skills.
