Salary – between £28,598 – £31,022 FTE.
The school caters for secondary‑aged students with social, emotional and mental health needs who have been permanently excluded, or are at risk of exclusion.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Behaviour Support Manager who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to education. The role is permanent, but suitable candidates may be considered for a temp‑to‑perm contract.
The salary for the role of Behaviour Support Manager is between £21,577 – £23,406 (actual), working 39 weeks a year, 32.5 hours per week. The actual FTE salary is between £28,580 – £31,022.
The successful Behaviour Support Manager will play a key role in managing behaviour, implementing interventions, and building positive relationships with learners and their families.
You will be supported by the school, which will provide training in behaviour management and physical intervention, and will offer opportunities for professional development.
Applicants must have prior, recent experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and hold an NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent qualification.
