Calm Behaviour Support TA for Inclusive Classrooms

Reed Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Plymouth to recruit an experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for a September start. This role will provide targeted support to two pupils within a mainstream class, ensuring they access learning through calm, consistent guidance.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups, using varied approaches to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment throughout the day.
