Assistant Surveyor – Social Housing Retrofit

Wates Property Services is looking to appoint an Assistant Surveyor to support the delivery of a major social housing planned maintenance and retrofit programme across the Dartford area. You will work with the commercial and operational teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role offers exposure to retrofit, energy efficiency, decarbonisation and window/roofing programmes, with opportunities to develop professionally within a leading UK property services
