Youth Employment Coach: Neurodiverse Talent Advocate

Red 5 People Ltd, based in High Wycombe, is offering a role to support 16-24-year-olds through a programme blending classroom learning with hands-on support. As a Youth Employment Advisor you will work with a small group of young people with an EHCP to prepare them for work.

Day to day you will approach local employers for supported placements, help with adjustments for neurodiversity, support role tasks, provide travel training, and keep families updated.
