Dynamic School Cover Supervisor | Inspire Learning (11-16)

The Academy, Selsey is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover for absent teachers and to maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment for students aged 11–16. You will manage classes, reproduce the work set by the absent teacher, and support smooth lesson delivery.

This role requires good communication, IT literacy, a proactive approach, and a commitment to safeguarding and student welfare. Term time only plus INSET days with a 33.75-hour week.
