Summary
To carry out general maintenance works and operations, working with a Chargehand, undertaking a wide range of routine and cyclical works. To respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours on rotas as required and assist with winter maintenance activities as a second man or driver’s mate. Includes apprentices who have fully completed training.

Specialist Skills
- Ability to apply a wide range of generalist skills
- Understand risk assessments and work according to safe systems of work
- Apply work as set out in a specification
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Potential & interest in obtaining LGV licence
- Training: General health & safety awareness / Risk assessment awareness / Traffic Management / Use of PDA as required
- Use of small plant and equipment
- Operate mini excavator

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time – 39 hours, Monday to Friday
