Constellation-Careers in Newark on Trent is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for ongoing work with structured shift patterns. You will join a busy kitchen team and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to uphold quality and consistency.
Responsibilities include preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in your section, maintaining high standards of hygiene, assisting with stock control and guiding junior staff. Shifts run Monday–Friday, or Monday–Thursday, with one induction day.
