Autism & Complex Care Support Specialist (24/7)

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young person with Autism in a state-of-the-art home, providing health and social support around the clock.

You will help the individual develop independence, work within Personalised Planning, and ensure safety in line with Mental Capacity Act principles, whilst engaging with their local community and cultural needs.
