McLaren Racing is seeking a Non-Destructive Testing Technician to join our Formula One team. You will inspect new and in-service components using diverse NDT methods to ensure peak performance and safety, travelling to test events and race weekends as needed.
The role operates on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern. You will bring extensive NDT experience in aerospace or motorsport, with relevant Level 2 certification and knowledge of composites, as well as strong IT skills and experience with MRP
