Mobile Caretaker

Overview

Our customers are at the heart of all we do so to ensure they continue getting the highest levels of service, we’re looking for a Mobile Caretaker to ensure our properties and communal areas are safe, clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Keep internal and external communal areas litter-free and clean by emptying and cleaning bins, vacuuming and polishing.
• Prioritise health and safety by clearing snow and ice and ensuring hallways are free from obstructions.

Requirements

• Full manual driving licence and the ability to drive a van; travel around various locations in London.
