Dynamic HLTA – KS1/KS2 Cover Specialist (Cardiff)

New Directions Education Ltd in Cardiff is seeking dedicated HLTA to cover across KS1 and KS2 on a supply basis. You will support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and age groups, providing cover for teachers during planned absences and monitoring pupil progress.

The role requires HLTA or Level 4 qualification, experience with children, and strong communication and safeguarding commitments. A supportive, inclusive school environment and regular supply work are on offer.
