Regional Relief Chef Manager – Lead & Elevate Kitchens

BaxterStorey is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support sites from Barrow to Carlisle in Cumbria. You will lead kitchen teams, plan and cook to required standards, and travel between sites as needed.

The role requires strong culinary skills, leadership, and a focus on food cost and safety. You will contribute to BaxterStorey’s ethos, drive continuous improvement, and supervise daily kitchen operations with energy and collaboration.
