KS2 Teaching Assistant: Inspiring 1:1 & Small Group Support

Aspire People is recruiting a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Stechford from September 2026. The role is full-time and ongoing, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 with a focus on learning and behaviour.

You will work 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, 1:1 and small-group support, delivering targeted interventions and helping the class teacher maintain a positive learning environment. Experience in schools is preferred; safeguarding processes apply.
