SEMH Teaching Assistant — Nurture & Support Students

Reed Education are partnering with a specialist SEMH school in East Grinstead to recruit a Teaching Assistant. This temporary to permanent role supports both primary and secondary pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and build confidence.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups within a nurturing, therapeutic environment, with strong pastoral focus and on-site therapies. Early starts available and NVQ Level 3 training provided.
