SEND Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support in Welwyn Garden City

Educo Recruitment in Welwyn Garden City is hiring a SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting September. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism and communication challenges, within an inclusive school setting.

Collaborating with teachers, you’ll help pupils access the curriculum, build independence and confidence, and promote positive behavioural development while contributing to a safe learning environment.
