1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant for Complex Needs

Fox Morris Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team in Leicester. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support for a young child with severe and complex SEND needs, helping them access learning, build independence, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to implement individual learning plans, promote positive behaviour, and monitor progress.
