2nd Line ICT Support Technician – Hybrid, Pension & Perks

Newark and Sherwood District Council is recruiting an ICT 2nd Line Support Technician to provide second-line support across the Council, resolving incidents and maintaining ICT infrastructure.

You will work with end-user devices, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networks, telephony, security platforms, AV systems and servers, helping cyber security, disaster recovery and ICT projects while delivering strong customer service.
