Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an Estates Caretaker to cover residential social housing estates in High Wycombe. This permanent, part-time role offers Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and a salary of £17,650 per annum.
You will deliver a proactive cleaning and caretaking service across multiple sites, keeping communal areas tidy and safe, reporting issues promptly and supporting residents as needed. A Full UK Driving Licence (Manual) and Basic DBS Check are required.
