KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant – Trauma-Informed Support

Tradewind Recruitment is urgently hiring a KS2 Teaching Assistant (SEMH) in Hemel Hempstead for a September 2026 start. This full-time, long-term temporary role works with pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education, in an Alternative Provision.

Class sizes are small (2–8), with strong support to help children overcome barriers to learning. The role requires experience in UK schools, KS2 support, and a patient, resilient approach.
