Role Overview
Le Cateau Primary School, Catterick is looking for a Relief Caretaker to join North Yorkshire Council. You will be a valued member of our team, reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Locking and securing the building, responding to emergency call‑outs, and ensuring outside areas are safe and clean.
- Supporting building maintenance by checking and replacing light fittings, assisting with minor repairs, and replacing consumables.
- Supporting the training and development of Cleaners on site and assisting with cleaning duties as directed.
- Working from 7 am to 6 pm daily with some flexibility on start and finish times; no weekend work.
- Receiving full training.
