Flexible Food Counter Specialist: Ethical & Customer-Driven

Waitrose & Partners in Wales is seeking a Part-Time/Full-Time Partner on our service counters to share passion for food, advise customers, and champion the Waitrose ethos of ethical sourcing.

You will build trust with shoppers by providing friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping counters well presented and maintaining high hygiene standards. Flexibility to support the branch and collaborate with colleagues is valued, as is prior experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality.
