Primary Teacher

Hounslow Primary School is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist ACE Provision from September 2026. The successful candidate will lead a small class of eight pupils with a range of additional needs and abilities, supported by experienced Learning Support Assistants, in a nurturing and well‑resourced environment.

The Role

• Full‑time SEN Teacher position within the school’s ACE Provision.
• Teaching a small class of eight pupils with a range of additional needs and abilities.
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Working closely with experienced LSAs to provide exceptional support for pupils.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment.
• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to maximise pupil outcomes.
• Contributing positively to the inclusive culture of the school.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds UK QTS.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings.
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches.
• Confident differentiating lessons for pupils working at varying levels.
• Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Committed to achieving positive outcomes for pupils across Hounslow.
