Hounslow Primary School is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist ACE Provision from September 2026. The successful candidate will lead a small class of eight pupils with a range of additional needs and abilities, supported by experienced Learning Support Assistants, in a nurturing and well‑resourced environment.
The Role
- Full‑time SEN Teacher position within the school’s ACE Provision.
- Teaching a small class of eight pupils with a range of additional needs and abilities.
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Working closely with experienced LSAs to provide exceptional support for pupils.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment.
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to maximise pupil outcomes.
- Contributing positively to the inclusive culture of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds UK QTS.
- Experience working with pupils with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings.
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches.
- Confident differentiating lessons for pupils working at varying levels.
- Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Committed to achieving positive outcomes for pupils across Hounslow.
