Therapeutic Teaching Assistant – Growth & Training

Compass Community is seeking Teaching Assistants to support children with SEMH and SEND needs. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting with reading, writing and maths while supporting behaviour management and safeguarding in a dynamic classroom.

As part of a trauma-informed team, you will engage with therapy-informed practices, attend training, and contribute to a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.
