CAD Technician (Residential Buildings)

Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP40,000 per annum + Medical Care + Company Benefits + Christmas Leave + Training (Hybrid)

The Role

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings from building surveys using AutoCAD.
• Assist surveyors in preparing design layouts, floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Support site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify details.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

The Person

• CAD Technician with residential buildings background or similar.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
