Responsibilities
- Expense management – tracking, preparing and processing expense reconciliations, out-of-pocket reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Project code creation – partnering with junior professionals to track, create and manage the life cycle of project codes.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues.
- Arrange travel and reservations for professionals (e.g. flights, cars, hotels etc.), using good judgement with respect to timing and cost; assist with client travel as required.
- Provide general support on broader activities as needs arise, including support on reception, input on training programs and onboarding, new joiner orientation, etc.
