Adults Social Worker: Strengths-Based Community Support

Service Care Solutions are seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join Newport City Council’s NCN Managed Care Teams. The role is based at Newport Civic Centre and involves delivering strengths-based assessments and interventions across the community.

You will work under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act, manage a varied caseload, and collaborate with families and partner agencies. PAYE rate £20.98/hr; umbrella rate £28.01/hr.
