Alexander House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Exeter seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee medications, monitor wellbeing, and ensure accurate records while coordinating with families and healthcare professionals.

The role requires NVQ2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable), medication competency, and strong communication and leadership skills. Weekend shifts are included.
