Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Unqualified Teaching Assistant in Blackpool, Lancashire, to support learners in a SEMH-focused setting. No teaching qualification required; your sporting mindset and leadership can inspire students who find traditional learning challenging.

Working term-time, Monday to Friday, you will help supervise activities, mentor behaviours, and build rapport as a role model. A DBS check is preferred; training in Team Teach and trauma-informed practice is provided.
