Therapeutic School HLTA — Inspire SEND Learners

Empowering Learning Ltd in Barnet is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist therapeutic school from September. You will support young people aged 11–19 with EHCPs, delivering targeted interventions and assisting teachers across the curriculum in a nurturing environment.

You will hold HLTA status or equivalent experience, with SEND/SEMH experience, and the ability to lead lessons and small groups.
