Property Surveyor: Damp, Disrepair & Building Pathology

Connexions Thames Valley in Beeston, Nottingham is seeking a Property Surveyor to lead investigation and resolution of non-routine repairs, damp and mould, and major defects in residents’ homes. You will work across departments to ensure safety, quality and value for money while delivering proactive repairs and maintenance.

The role is hybrid, full-time (37.5 hours per week), with a focus on compliant, customer-centric housing services and continuous service improvement.
