HLTA for ASD Resource Base — Empower Secondary Students

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an ASD Resource Base in Nailsea, North Somerset. The role supports Years 7-11 pupils with ASD, delivering small-group lessons and adapting mainstream schemes to individual needs.

You will work with the SENCO and teaching staff to plan and assess, provide targeted interventions, and help students access both specialist and mainstream provision in a supportive, inclusive environment.
