Flexible Secondary Supply Teacher – Weekly Pay

Teaching Personnel is seeking Supply Teachers for County Durham secondary schools. Roles run from September, with day rates of £140 to £180. ECTs and PGCE students are welcome, offering a practical route to gain varied classroom experience across multiple schools while keeping paid work.

You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour, and provide feedback to staff. Flexible to full-time, part-time, or ad hoc arrangements, with weekly PAYE and no marking obligations.
