Food Safety & Quality Technical Specialist

Cardiff Metropolitan University’s ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre is seeking two technically skilled professionals to support food and drink manufacturers in Wales. You will share knowledge, boost food safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the sector.

You will collaborate with businesses, industry partners and the ZERO2FIVE Technical Team to develop technical capability and contribute to growth in Wales. Travel nationally and internationally as needed.
