Ecology Ranger: Field Surveys & Biodiversity Protection

Forestry is recruiting an Environment Ranger (FLS) in the Central Region, based at Glenbranter Office. The role focuses on delivering ecological surveys, monitoring and reporting ahead of forestry operations to safeguard environmental features.

You will undertake species surveys, assist with monitoring of SSSIs and scheduled monuments, and help design mitigation plans. Data management, reporting, and basic mapping with ForesterWeb and ArcMap are key components.
