Mental Health Social Work Assistant — Career Growth & Impact

Cygnet Hospital Forestwood is seeking a Social Work Assistant to support patients with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with service users, families and stakeholders to maximise recovery and ensure high-quality social care within an MDT framework.
