Dementia Activity Coordinator – Flexible, Hybrid Role

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Activity Coordinator on Ward 2 of the Mount, caring for females with dementia. You will plan and deliver person-centred recreational activities, working with the Occupational Therapy Service to support wellbeing and meaningful engagement for older people with dementia.

Experience in dementia care and strong communication are essential; professional qualifications are not required.
