Vision for Education – Midlands is seeking a compassionate Youth Worker to support pupils with autism and complex learning needs in a Primary & Secondary setting. You will build trusted relationships and help promote well-being and personal development.
Working under teachers, you will run small group and 1:1 sessions, plan structured activities, manage behaviour, and collaborate with parents and external professionals to tailor support while upholding safeguarding in all activities.
