Salary £12.75 per hour, with potential discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year, pro‑rated. Hours: 15 per week, two full days. Full flexibility Monday to Sunday is required.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T you will be the face of our business, welcoming customers and offering tailored solutions across pawnbroking, retail sales and financial products. No prior pawnbroking experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with pawnbroking services, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus for the diverse customer base, though not required.
