Retail Shift Lead — Lead Great Service & Flexible Hours

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead in Bristol to lead in-store teams, ensuring a great customer experience across all store areas. You will respond to daily queries, coach colleagues, and represent the store in the Manager’s absence.

You will help build an inclusive team, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and look for opportunities to better serve customers and the community. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.
