Seasonal Second Chef – Balanced Hours, Resident Menus

Barchester is seeking a Second Chef to join our kitchen team, delivering fresh seasonal dishes and nutritionally balanced menus for residents. You will support the Head Chef, tailor menus to residents, and help maintain high standards of care and service within our homes.

The role emphasises quality, a warm and welcoming environment, HACCP compliance, and working with fresh produce. Shift pattern is 7am–5pm with alternate weekends, competitive rewards, and career development opportunities.
