Second Chef: Fresh Menus, Balanced Hours & Warm Hospitality

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a qualified Second Chef to deliver hotel/restaurant standards using fresh seasonal produce, with improved work-life balance.

You will assist the Head Chef, tailor menus to residents, and help create a warm, welcoming kitchen environment while managing stock, budgets, and audits. A City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent and a good understanding of nutrition and HACCP are required.
